I was born in Stockholm and spent a portion of my life growing up in Australia and northern Italy, and have spent the most recent years living in New York City, Paris and San Francisco. As a fashion designer, my work is inspired by different places and times, how we exist, how we adapt, how we don't conform. My work has explored different physical and conceptual relations to the body, memories through senses, and how we consciously and subconsciously exist. Besides being constantly inspired by the process of research, my work is heavily driven by material exploration, construction, functionality and people, while maintaining an innovative sustainable approach. I am always looking for a new perspective and approach to things. My process is my work. I aim for my creations to completely encompass the essence of my process in a way that feels innovative, essential and empowering.
